J.N 3D STUDIO – Terms & Conditions1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through J.N 3D STUDIO, operated by J.N BETTER FUTURE LIMITED in New Zealand.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
2. Products and Services
J.N 3D STUDIO provides 3D printing, UV printing, personalised gifts, custom-made products, decorative products and related design services.
Because many of our products are individually made or personalised, the final product may have minor variations from website photos or digital previews.
Small differences in colour, texture, print position, surface finish or material appearance may occur due to printing processes, screen settings and material characteristics.
These minor variations are not normally considered defects.
3. Personalised and Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for checking all information supplied for personalised products, including:
Names
Dates
Spelling
Photos
Logos
Artwork
Sizes
Colours
Design instructions
Where we provide a digital proof or design preview, customers must carefully check and approve the design before production begins.
Once a personalised or custom-made product has entered production, it normally cannot be cancelled or changed because the product is being produced specifically for that customer.
If an error was made by J.N 3D STUDIO, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
4. Customer-Supplied Images, Designs and Files
When submitting photographs, logos, artwork, 3D models or other files, the customer confirms that they have the necessary permission or legal right to use those materials.
The customer must not submit material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights or other third-party rights.
J.N 3D STUDIO reserves the right to refuse any order where we reasonably believe the supplied material is unlawful, infringing, offensive or otherwise inappropriate for production.
Customer files will only be used as reasonably necessary to process and produce the customer's order, unless separate permission is given for another use.
5. 3D Printing
Customers submitting their own 3D files are responsible for ensuring that the design is suitable for the intended purpose.
We may identify obvious printing issues and suggest changes, but we cannot guarantee the engineering performance, structural strength or suitability of customer-supplied designs unless specifically agreed in writing.
Layer lines, support marks, minor surface variations and other characteristics associated with additive manufacturing may occur and are not necessarily manufacturing defects.
6. UV Printing and Colour Variation
UV printing can produce textured, raised and layered effects depending on the product and selected printing method.
Colours displayed on phones, tablets and computer monitors may differ slightly from the finished printed product.
The appearance of UV printing may also vary depending on the colour, texture and material of the printing surface.
7. Payment
Payment is required at checkout unless another payment arrangement has been agreed with J.N 3D STUDIO.
Orders paid by bank transfer will not enter production until payment has been received and confirmed.
For custom quotation-based work, production will begin after the agreed payment or deposit has been received.
8. Production Times
Ready-made products are normally prepared for dispatch within approximately 1–3 business days.
Personalised and custom-made products generally require approximately 2–7 business days, depending on the product, quantity, design requirements and current workload.
Large, complex or highly customised 3D printing and UV printing orders may require additional time.
If an order is required by a specific date, customers should contact us before placing the order.
Production times are estimates and do not include courier delivery time.
9. Shipping
We currently deliver within New Zealand to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times may depend on the courier provider and destination.
Where applicable under New Zealand consumer law, we remain responsible for ensuring goods are delivered within the agreed or reasonable timeframe and in acceptable condition. �

Additional charges may apply for oversized products, unusually heavy orders or rural delivery. Where additional shipping charges apply, we will notify the customer before dispatch.
10. Store Pickup
Free store pickup may be available for eligible orders.
Customers should wait until they have received confirmation that their order is ready before visiting the store.
Identification or order confirmation may be requested when collecting an order.
11. Cancellations and Change of Mind
We are not required to provide a refund or exchange where a customer simply changes their mind, unless we have specifically agreed otherwise.
Because personalised and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer, change-of-mind cancellations or refunds are generally not available after production has commenced.
This does not affect any rights the customer may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. New Zealand Consumer Protection confirms that businesses generally do not have to accept change-of-mind returns, but statutory remedies still apply where goods or services fail to meet legal guarantees. �

12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you believe your product is faulty, damaged, significantly different from what was ordered, or otherwise does not meet the guarantees required under New Zealand law, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number together with photographs and a description of the issue where possible.
Depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, reprinting, refund or another suitable solution.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986. �

13. Customer Damage or Misuse
We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery by misuse, accidents, improper storage, excessive heat, water exposure, modification of the product, or use outside its intended purpose.
This does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable New Zealand law.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original product designs, photographs, graphics, website content and other materials created by J.N 3D STUDIO remain the intellectual property of J.N 3D STUDIO or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights.
15. Privacy
Customer personal information is collected and used for purposes reasonably connected with processing orders, communicating with customers, producing personalised products, arranging delivery and operating our business.
We will take reasonable steps to protect customer information and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy law.
16. Refusal of Orders
J.N 3D STUDIO reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where:
The requested product cannot reasonably be produced;
Submitted content may breach copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
The order contains inappropriate or unlawful material;
Pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
Required materials are unavailable; or
We reasonably believe completing the order may be unsafe or unlawful.
If we cancel an order after payment and no product or service has been supplied, the relevant payment will be refunded.
